What the Process Actually Looks Like
Your phone screening
Before you set foot in the office, you'll talk with a patient coordinator about your goals, your budget, your timeline, and whether you have a surgeon in mind. It's a short call, and it makes sure we're the right fit for each other before anyone books anything.
Your 1:1 consultation
A full 60 minutes with a board-certified* plastic surgeon, in person or virtually if you're traveling. Bring photos of results you like. You'll leave knowing which implant type and size suit your frame, what your incision options are, and what recovery looks like for someone with your job and your routine.
Your surgery
Performed in our own fully accredited surgery center in Murrieta, not a hospital. Most augmentations take one to two hours.
Your recovery
You wake up in a private on-site recovery room staffed by certified nurses. We limit the OR to two patients at a time. Follow-up calls and visits are built into your plan, and our team can coordinate travel and lodging for out-of-town patients.

You don't have to decide before your consultation, and you shouldn't. Your surgeon measures your chest wall and evaluates your tissue, then shows you options that will actually work on your frame. Bring inspiration photos. They help more than a cup size does.

Incisions are placed where they're least noticeable, usually in the breast crease or around the areola. Scars fade substantially over the first year.
Most patients are up and moving within a day or two and back to desk work inside a week. Lifting, chest exercise, and high-impact activity come back gradually over four to six weeks. Your surgeon will give you a timeline based on your job and your routine.
